Dr. George Free has over 15 years working in the field of adult education and
training. Along with traditional classroom teaching, George is a specialist in
development of web-based training. He has helped to develop training solutions
for a wide variety of corporate clients, including Microsoft, CIBC, and Thompson
Publishing.
George studied instructional design at the Ontario Institute for
Studies in Education, University of Toronto, and is trained as a technical writer.
Peter Smith
Product Development
Peter Smith has been working for 17 years delivering software solutions to solve the needs of business.
He has extensive experience leading software development teams and has a proven track record of delivering
leading edge solutions on time and within budget.
Mr. Smith has
utilized proven business partnering skills to deliver value in a number of diverse industries including finance, utilities and retail sales.
John Free
Computer Science, Strategy
John Free has extensive experience in the development of large-scale
systems. He has worked across diverse application areas such as computer-based
training, high-end graphical simulation, financial risk-management, derivatives
trading and middle office decision support.
John currently provides consulting services to top-tier financial institutions
around the world implementing his technical vision in the development of
enterprise derivatives trading applications and risk management systems.
Rick Noel
Software Development
Mr. Noel brings over 14 years of software industry experience and 15 years of entertainment industry experience
to the Knowledge Fountain team. His appointments have included management, management consulting,
software development, business analysis, knowledge engineering and recording artist. His experience spans such vertical industries as finance,
telecommunications, publishing, energy, transportation, law, education, entertainment, marketing, and retail.
Richard has successfully
served customers that include TD Securities, Allstream, EMI, BMG, Simon and Schuster, Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal, VIA Rail, Kraft, Nortel, Shell Oil, Prentice Hall,
Tele-Tech, TriStar Pictures, CGI, ATB, and MacKenzie Financial.
Roy Evely, M.B.A.
Business Development, Pedagogy
Mr. Evely is a teacher and Curriculum Leader at a Toronto secondary school in charge of
Information Technology, Business, Math, Science and Library. He graduated from the University of Toronto with
a Honours BA with a Major in Geography and a Minor in History.
Graduate work includes a Bachelor of Education
and a Masters in Business Administration both granted from the University of Toronto.
Ciaran Palmer
Artificial Intelligence
Mr. Palmer, a former V.P. of software development,
is a 9-year software design & architecture veteran who has led product
development for several e-learning product lines, as well as numerous digital
game-based learning product initiatives.
Ciaran has extensive experience in dynamic modeling, modern AI techniques, and statistical mathematics.
Alexander Boudarov
Software Engineering, Mathematics
Alex has a strong academic background in Mathematics. He has worked in the areas of mathematical modeling, image processing
and pattern recognition.
He became actively involved in digital asset management on both theoretical
and practical levels over the last few years, and has been involved in a number of content management projects for clients in the banking and insurance sectors.
For the past two years Mr. Boudarov has been working on a digital music distribution project that helps record labels to push their
content to the broadcasters.

Todd Noel
Creative Direction
Todd's credits include a lead role in Livent’s production of Showboat working with Ned Beatty, Cloris Leachman and Dick VanPatten.
He also starred in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Carousel, My Fair Lady, Cats, Damn Yankees, and Les Miserables.
Mr. Noel was given outstanding reviews when he performed the starring role of the Phantom of the Opera opening night on tour in Hawaii.
Todd is presently performing in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s concert show aboard the Norwegian Dawn Cruiselines out of New York City and continues to share his incredible vocal talent with international theatre audiences.
